VBR is taking part to Venice Running Day: Go! Go! Go!
As usual we are running, as usual we are supporting local races, as usual we want to have fun!
In preparation of the 30th Venice Marathon this year there will be several races, competitive and non-competitive, to spread at its maximum the mood of the Marathon.
This week is the time of the Venice Running Day that will be held in Mestre, the mainland of Venice. On Sunday 26th April there will be two different runs, a competitive and a non-competitive one: 7th Corrimestre race and Panoramica run. More, the distances range from 5 km to 18 km to give everyone the opportunity of participating: we already found our distances so we are pretty sure you will find yours!
CORRIMESTRE (competitive race) – 9,9 km
What: competitive road race with max number of 1.000 participants reserved to IAAF cardhoders
When: 26th April 2015, 09:30 AM. Meeting point starting from 8:00 AM
Where: Parco San Giuliano, blue gate – Mestre (mainland of Venice facing the lagoon)
Services: free parkings, showers, chianging rooms, refreshment stations
PANORAMICA (non competitive run) – 5 km / 11 km / 18 km
What: non competitive road run open to everyone (nordic walking and fit walking included)
When: 26th April 2015, 09:30 AM. Meeting point starting from 8:00 AM
Where: Parco San Giuliano, blue gate – Mestre (mainland of Venice facing the lagoon)
Services: free parkings
